Holy cow....It's been months since I signed in. I'm horrible. I have been soooooo busy.
I did actually stick with my workout program however, it proved to have too much cardio or I wasn't eating enuff....(I can only eat so much tho) I ended up losing tooo much weight, so I have stopped cardio.
In january I am going to become a member of the gym in my area and lift weights only...I need to build some meat on these bones....lol Maybe that's why I'm so damn cold all the time.
so, I'm back to keep myself accountable....
