2012 Weight Train!

Holy cow....It's been months since I signed in.  I'm horrible.  I have been soooooo busy.

I did actually stick with my workout program however, it proved to have too much cardio or I wasn't eating enuff....(I can only eat so much tho)  I ended up losing tooo much weight, so I have stopped cardio.

In january I am going to become a member of the gym in my area and lift weights only...I need to build some meat on these      Maybe that's why I'm so damn cold all the time.

so, I'm back to keep myself accountable....

Getting on track

Ok...this past weekend was crazy busy.  And a bit disappointing I might add.  :(   So, I have decided to change my challenge.  I don't want to be benched and forgot about again so I'm reving up my workout and trying to figure out how to be on my skates more. 

My challenge has changed from BBL to Insanity: Asylum.  This came in the mail earlier and I tell you what!  This stuff is NO joke!  Shaun T makes you WORK for it.

I have already been getting so many compliments from doing the BBL...I can only imagine what Asylum will do.  I am going to continue BBL in the evenings 3 days a week.  But, my morning focus will be Asylum...I am going to follow the calendar as Shaun T wrote it.

I am going to transform my body into something that will make my coach remember me so I don't have to sit on the bench most of the game next time...I have three weeks Shaun T!!!!!   I know your gonna help me make it happen!  :)

Day 3-90 Day Challenge

Last night was my off night in the calendar because Wednesday is derby practice.  I get a good cardio workout with that...well, maybe not last night.  We did some drills though so hopefully my heartrate was up enough to make a difference.  :)
I have yet to get the email to tell me that my Insanity the Asylum is in the mail...I hope its soon.  I imagine they are backed up with orders though so I will be patient.

Day 2- 90 day challenge

I am feeling great!  I did the High and Tight work out per the schedule on the Flat/Square calendar and the Sculpt workout with my mom when she got home.  I am in love with Sculpt.  It is such a great program...I could do it everyday.  It incorporates weights throughout most of it and really works you with over doing it.  Leandro Carvalho is a genius!!!

I also did well with my food proud of myself.  I usually don't track what goes in my mouth other than the fact that If it looks good and I'm hungry.  lol

Day 1

Ok gang!  I started the Brazil Butt Lift over from the beginning last night and did the BUM BUM workout.  I sweat and breathed hard and took 3 water breaks.  But, in the end after 35 minutes it was soooo worth it.  I felt great and my bum bum is a little sore this morning.  If you are familiar with the BBL program I am following the too flat/square schedule. I love it!  And hopefully after 90 days of this I will not have a flat or square booty anymore!

Also, as soon as Insanity the Asylum comes in the mail I will be doing that one in the wee hours of the morning.  So, this will definately transform my body into something (crossing my fingers) that looks better in a bathing suit than it does right now.  :)

I am starting a 90 challenge with my team on

Inorder to track my progress and hold myself more accountable I am creating this blog to log every day.  I am also going to be watching my food intake during this time.  I am not neccessarily going to stop eating the foods I usually eat because I am active enough that I don't need to cut down.  Infact, I have added Shakeology to my diet so I don't lose too much during my activities.  I skate for the Dallas Derby Devils also, so I don't have a problem with weight or level of activeness. 

My goal is to tone up only.  I have no need to lose weight and don't want too because I would look unhealthy and that is definately NOT the goal here.  I will post my before pictures to use this as a tracking tool as well.
