Weight training


I have begun my training with Dalyla, my teammate/friend/personal trainer/

She's great, actually.

I want to get ripped in 2012!  And she is going to get me there.  I workout with her three days a week on top of two practice days a week for derby.  I can already see new definition in my arms and legs.  However, I am going to have to alter my diet a bit more to exclude so much chocolate...left over from the holidays.  My mid section hasn't decreased as quickly as I hoped.  I can see my ab muscles yet.  I'll work on that.  :) 

So far so good.  Let's see if I can keep up the momentum.
